What is ‘ChartingWithKR’ ??
Long term trades - This consists of long term options that expire multiple months out and positions I buy with shares
Swing trades - This consists of options trades that expire a minimum of a month out and positions I buy with shares. Positions with commons I am typically looking for 10%-20% profit.
Day Trades - These will be options that expire 1-3 weeks out
Futures - Simple daily plans on how I will attach the NASDAQ each day. I also share the crossed over QQQ levels so traders who don’t trade futures can trade QQQ options
Occasionally share educational posts when requested by subscribers.
I will start this off by sharing how I go about my process in finding trade ideas, what I use, what I look for, and how I trade the ideas.
Platforms:
I use TrendSpider for all of my charting research. It is by far the best platform I have ever used for charting. For placing my trades, I use Fidelity and Robinhood for my options trades and normal swings with commons (commons = shares). Then for all of my futures trades, I use Tradovate. I have had zero issues with these platforms! I set all of my alerts on TrendSpider and Thinkorswim. Also, when I am mobile, I use Thinkorswim to look at any of the charts I need to look at, it’s free and simple!
